Outplacement Workshops
Carecall will work closely with you to tailor the content of any of our Workshops to the needs of the participants and ‘mix and match’ them for different groups. What’s more our Workshop Facilitators are skilled career coaches who can spontaneously adapt the emphasis on different aspects of the workshop as they gauge the participants’ specific needs.

Typically the Workshops aim to build Career Skills and/or Life Skills:

Career Skills workshops combine building awareness of skills and self confidence with practical advice on job search, CV compilation and interview training.

Life Skills workshops focus on preparing people for ‘Positive Futures’ -helping them deal with radical change, promoting physical and mental wellbeing and a positive life balance, and offering assistance with practical challenges such as managing finances.
One-to-One Consultations
These consultations are aimed at more senior individuals and can be combined with appropriate workshops.  They provide an in depth understanding of the job search process at a senior level and help to fine tune each individual’s approach.  Carecall guarantees that everyone will gain something unique for them from our One-to-One consultations.  They always increase job search success rates and boost the ability to cope with change at a personal level.
