People Development

Carecall’s range of training courses and coaching programmes is designed to help individuals within an organisation either maintain their own or – particularly important for managers - promote others’ positive mental wellbeing in the workplace.  We use only qualified and experienced consultants and executive coaches to deliver the programme, which includes something for people at all levels within an organisation.

An employee may request training/coaching (subject to their manager’s approval), or you may nominate them to undertake training.  The process is then for them to complete an expression of interest form (see below).  Carecall will contact the employee well in advance once the next date for the training of their choice is confirmed. You can also download our Guide to our Services for Employers in PDF format.

Carecall will also design bespoke training or coaching for organisations on request – call John Conaghan or Kim Mawhinney on 028 9024 5821 should you wish to discuss this.
